Inclusion Criteria

a)Age group- 20 to 60 years

b) Low level Intersphincteric Fistula.

c) Patients of Riju Bhagandara as mentioned above, and those medically fit for surgery

irrespective of sex, caste, religion and occupation.

Exclusion Criteria

Bhagandara associated with one or more of the following conditions:

a) History of Tuberculosis

b) History of Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus.

c) History of Osteomyelitis.

d) History of Ulcerative colitis.

e) History of Crohnâ??s disease.

f) History of Any malignancy.

g) Venereal disease, HIV and HBsAg positive cases. h) Pregnancy.

i) Bleeding disorders.
